Adamera Minerals Announces Non-Brokered Financing

Vancouver, British Columbia, January 30, 2015 - Adamera Minerals Corp. (TSX-V:ADZ) ) (the "Company" or "Adamera Minerals") announces a non-brokered private placement of up to 6,000,000 units at a price of $0.05 per unit. Each unit will consist of one common share and one non-transferable share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional common share exercisable for a period of two years following the closing of the private placement at a price of $0.10 per warrant share.

The private placement is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary approvals including the approval and acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.

The Company may pay a finder's fee in connection with the financing.

The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the private placement for general working capital and exploration on our Washington State properties.
