  • Mark Jones

    Director

    Mr. Jones brings to the company over 40 years of management and board experience in the resource sector, including his highly valued Washington State leadership of Crown Resources. Crown discovered the Crown Jewel gold deposit in northeastern Washington State. In 2006 the company was sold to Kinross Gold Corp. who developed the discovery as the Buckhorn Mine. Mr. Jones’ leadership in mineral discoveries, finance and mergers & acquisitions will be very valuable to the company. 

     

  • Christopher E. Herald

    Mr. Herald brings over 25 years of Management and Board experience and was Chief Executive Officer of Crown Resources which discovered the Crown Jewel deposit that later became the producing Buckhorn Mine under Kinross ownership, after Kinross acquired Crown in a transaction valued in excess of US$200 million.

     

  • Alejandro Adams

    Mr. Adams has a degree in Public Accounting and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants in Canada. He has over 8 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry. He worked as the Corporate Controller of Exeter Resource Corporation until it was purchased by Goldcorp Inc. in 2017 and is currently the CFO of Rugby Mining.

  • Peter Cooper

    Advisor

    Mr. Cooper has over 40 years‍‍‍ of experience in the mineral exploration and mining business, working primarily for major producers in North America. He has been involved in three successful gold mine start-ups and has overseen projects from the exploration stage right up to production. Over the last 20 years his focus was on the Republic Gold District in Washington State. Mr. Cooper played a significant role in the exploration, preproduction, and development of Kinross’s Buckhorn gold mine, located in north-central Washington State. In 2007, Mr. Cooper became chief geologist and then manager of operations strategy for Kinross Gold’s Kettle River operations. Prior to this, he spent the better part of 20 years working in the Republic Gold District of Washington State.

    Mr. Currie is well known in the minerals industry, having had many years experience as a mining analyst and capital markets specialist. Graeme served as Director, Investment Banking at Canaccord Genuity Limited where he concentrated specifically on the junior mining sector. He retired from Canaccord in August 2012. Prior to his role in Investment Banking he was with Canaccord as a Senior Mining Analyst who focused, for over 22 years, on the junior mining sector.

    Cecil is a Certified Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) with over 30 years experience in public and private companies. Over the last 20 years he has held various positions in companies with activities in Canada, South America, Africa, Europe and Australia. He was the Chief Financial Officer of Exeter Resources until it was purchased by Goldcorp Inc. in 2017. He was instrumental in the spin-out from Exeter of Extorre Gold Mines Ltd. and its subsequent takeover by Yamana Gold in 2012. Cecil is currently a director of Colorado Resources Ltd and Inflection Resources Ltd, and is an Executive Vice President and director of Rugby Mining Ltd.
